Housekeeping Attendant

Job Description:

The Warren Collection are seeking to recruit a full-time Housekeeping Attendant. The selected candidate will be reporting directly to the Executive Housekeeper.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining standards and procedures for all aspects of the housekeeping as provided by the Housekeeping Manager
  • Providing exceptional service in room and / or public area cleaning and preparation

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a professional Housekeeping Attendant is a must, in a hotel, is a serious asset
  • Being motivated, having a friendly and positive attitude
  • Being a committed and dedicated individual who takes pride in providing top-quality cleaning services
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
  • Must be fluent in English. Maltese and any other main European language are considered an asset
  • Being highly responsible and reliable
  • Being already based in Malta is a must

Hotel General Manager

Job Description:

Our business is seeking Hotel General Manager to engage from the pre-opening phase, to primarily get involved in the final phase of development, and eventually oversee the hotel’s day-to-day operations, sales, and marketing and mentor and manage a sizeable team.

Responsibilities:

  • To build key partner networks and distribution channels
  • Co-create and action local marketing plan to raise the industry and local market awareness
  • Source ancillary service partners
  • Create a local hotel network
  • Establish standards operating procedures (SOP) to support the delivery of service level agreements (SLAs) within all hotel departments
  • Supplier onboarding
  • Co-creation SOP with suppliers
  • Product set up using pre-established guidelines in preparation for opening
  • System training
  • Monitor and maximize the profitability of all departments
  • Take an active role in forecasting, budgeting and reporting for the hotel
  • Staff selection, induction and training (including a pre-opening team ) and to continue developing an effective, cohesive and competent team
  • To embrace and focus on the highest levels of quality with respect to both the hard and soft aspects of the business

Skill-sets and requirements:

  • Previous experience in Front Office Management, Rooms / Reservations within a premium hotel operations
  • Having a clear and detailed knowledge of financial management
  • The candidate will possess a visible, hands-on style whilst enjoying leading from the front with an innovative and dynamic approach. Candidates possessing hotel pre-opening experience would be preferred
  • Candidates must hold a high level of English and preferably Maltese
  • Currently living in Malta

Guest Relations Agent

Job Description:

The Warren Collection is currently seeking to strengthen the team by engaging a proactive, committed and suitably qualified individual to fulfil the role of Guest Relations Agent. As a Guest Relations Agent, you are the main point for giving a warm reception to VIP guests, responding to and providing exceptional customer service to any guests’ queries as well as any feedback.

This highly visible role gives an opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating a memorable guest experience while ensuring the highest satisfaction from the get-go and beyond.

Key responsibilities:

  • Check that all procedures are being followed accordingly and that all guests are receiving the utmost care and attention from arrival to departure
  • Provide upscale guest service experiences for clients throughout their stay
  • Ensure clients are properly greeted upon their arrival
  • Address guests’ requests and actively listen to and resolve any comments
  • Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure we resolve customer concerns
  • Inform clients of our hotel services, including breakfast and dining options
  • Promote all hotel amenities, conveniences and programs offered, including the recommendation of local tourist attractions
  • Provide an overall comfortable guest experience and analyze customer feedback
  • Establish friendly and professional relationships with regular hotel clients

The ideal candidate should:

  • Have proven work experience preferably in the 4 or 5-star hotel
  • Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Outgoing personality with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Fluent in English and preferably Italian, any other languages will be considered an asset
